there's a light at the end of the tunnel (i think)

We're in the homestretch over here.  C is/should be almost done with his trial which will then be followed up by a monster sleep session (since he hasn't been doing that lately), but after that I think we're back to normal.

That means I have two, maybe three, nights left to finish my Hallmark Christmas Movies.  Last night was Perfect Christmas.  I still have Cookie Christmas and Crown for Christmas in the wings.

I read a book in two days! Meg Cabot came out with an adult book (adult, as in, "not young adult or Princess Diaries" not adult as in "inappropriate adult") The Boy Is Back.

I think GMac is a bit confused as to what C has been doing while he's at work.  Every time he sees a boat or firetruck in any of his books he yells "DADA!"  Um. No. Sorry, kiddo. Unless you want to call lawyering putting out fires and battling high seas. I guess I see that. Maybe GMac is wiser than we thought.

The painters finished up today and then the cleaning girls (they are the loveliest) come this weekend and then we can list our house. At least, I think we can list our house. I've sorta been going ahead with everything without really consulting C.  It'll be like that time he came home from college to find a "for sale" sign in the yard of his childhood home.  (It wasn't a complete shocker. They gave him a heads up on the way home that they were moving.)

I think I want to get into essential oils and oil diffusing.  I've been thinking about it for a year+ but it's a bit pricey and a bit intimidating. I'm thinking I should probably wait until we have a new house someday because our spaces are so small and where would I put a diffuser? Maybe on the hutch behind the couch? Just thinking out loud here, but any suggestions or thoughts or insight would be greatly appreciated.

My new work to misspell all the time is probabaly. Even my phone thinks that's the correct spelling now.  Sigh.

I'm going to cut this babbling off now.  Happy almost Hump Day!
