Spinach Artichoke Dip

I'm getting this one in just in time for the Super Bowl.  If you need something to take to a party, I suggest Spinach Artichoke Dip.  Simple, quick, and yummy. I found a recipe on Kraft.com but added a few ingredients to make it cheesier and creamier.

Spinach Artichoke Dip


1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
1 package (10 oz) frozen, chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
a few tsp. milk (to thin out the dip if needed)

Combine all ingredients and put into your handy dandy small crock pot (that you may or may not have purchased for a college speech project).  Warm through and serve.
