Roasted New Potatoes

Still no brussel sprout recipe.  I know y'all are dying in anticipation.  But my brussel sprouts had gone bad by Tuesday night and I didn't want to show you how to make gone bad brussel sprouts. I want to share with you how to make delicious, Easter lunch worthy brussel sprouts. So you'll just have to wait.

Instead I'm sharing the easiest potato recipe (aside from throwing one into the oven) known to man (or at least this girl). This has become a summer evening staple around our house.

Roasted New Potatoes

You'll need:
Rosemary
Sage
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Olive Oil
New (red) Potatoes

Preheat oven to 350 or 375 degrees. Which ever you fancy.

Cut the potatoes into chunks (that's the official term).

In a bowl (or even in your baking dish) combine potatoes, a few little glugs of olive oil, and your spices.

If you want to go the easy peasy route use this stuff.

You can find it at Kudzu Bakery or on amazon. And it's totally worth it because all you do is shake some of this on whatever you're making and you're done. The folks at Seasonello already figured out just the right combination so that you I don't have to!

Now that I've wax poetic about herbs I'll get back to the recipe.

Baked for 30-ish minutes (or whenever they are done - sometimes it's much quicker than other times).
