Monday, Monday, but it's sorta Tuesday because it's a four day week

Here's what's been happening in our neck of the woods.

Christmas cups are here (yay)! but I'm still not drinking mochas (boo!). I'm living vicariously through C's mocha consumption and have already ordered a mocha to my hospital room once Peaches is here.

that's not my finger, my hand is slightly more dainty than that

Speaking of Peaches. He/She is very active. I'm just not getting around to telling you guys that because at any given time I do not know how far along I am.  I can tell you my due date (February 19th) and an approximate as to how far I am, but pregnancy brain and having two kids has shot my memory for what week I am.  I just wait until every Monday morning when the Sprout app sends me an alert.  Today's alert was 25 weeks and the size of an acorn squash.  Appropriate for the season, really.

I've sort of been wanting Taco Bell. *gasp* I just want a regular soft taco (and as much as I love Fiesta, their tacos are too authentic for me). But here's the problem. I haven't had Taco Bell for 20+(?) years and while I know people eat there all the time (and I used to eat there), I now equate it with White Castle. Which is not good.  I'm worried if I eat there I'll get horribly sick.  So there's that predicament.

I'm still love corn dogs and mozzarella sticks from Sonic. If only they weren't a day's 20 minute drive away.

Speaking of corn dogs, this guy is a big fan of corn dogs, minus the corn part.  He makes me peel off the breading. Also, this is what our living room looks like when Mommy is done for the day.

GMac will soon be moving into his big boy bed (we nap there now most days). I tried to conivince him these on-sale holiday sheets were woo-woo sheets, but there's no trying to tell him a kind of truck is anything other than the truck it obviously is. Last night I was corrected for calling his backhoe an excavator.

Monkey is in a split Pre-K/Kindergarten class and has been watching the Kindergartners journal so it only makes sense that she has started journaling at home.

If you can't tell by the pictures, and you probably can't, Monkey and GMac are pretty much the same size.  She has him by a pound and maybe a few inches, but they do not look like they are 2 1/2 years apart.
