There were three great things about our weekend (no photos because my phone is acting up):
One.
I got an email from DirecTV NOW that we would not be getting our local ABC station! As a news junkie, I can't tell you how happy this makes me. The antenna we have is so-so and really doesn't work in the new house like it did the old one, so I'm happy to be able to watch the 5:00 news now.
Two.
C got a new toy. He's very happy and has edged everything that can be edged and weed-wacked everything that can be weed-wacked. He's also available to edge your yards (seriously). As Monkey said "Let's see how Daddy's new baby works."
Three.
While getting the new edger we also purchased matching lamps for our room. This is a first for the Elsea household. We must be full fledged adults now.
