Here's a post I started and never finished or posted, but it's still true and there isn't thing else to add.

You know where you get into this place where you know you need to eat healthier, you want to eat healthier, and you want to work out, but you just can't get motivated to do it? I'm in that place right now.  I blame fall and shorter sunlight days.  Any suggestions for getting out of it? Yummy, healthy food? I love a good oxymoron.
